Emergency Traveling Document (ETD)
Following are the requirements for the issuance of an ETD.
• 2 passport size photos (in color)
• Duly filled in application form
• Copy of 1st page of passport (in color)
• Copy of flight booking confirmation
• Proof of payment for the ETD
• Self-addressed A4 envelope
